Monday:

  • Amazon completed its 20:1 stock split. - SMN

  • Nancy Pelosi filed for her purchase of calls in Microsoft and Apple, worth at least $1 million. - CongressTrading

  • Apple Event: Apple had its annual WWDC event announcing new products and features, such as:

    • Apple Pay Later allows people to split the cost of Apple Pay purchases into 4 equal interest-free payments

    • Messages will now have an edit button, undo send, mark threads as unread, as well as other new features

    • The ability to move FaceTime calls from an iPhone to a Mac and vice versa.

  • Taiwan Semiconductor said it expects its sales to grow by about 30% this year. -Bloomberg

  • Microsoft and DocuSign announced an expansion of its global strategic partnership “to help [Microsoft's] customers bring the agreement processes directly into the flow of work." - PRNewswire

  • Uber Freight and Google-owned Waymo announced a partnership to "deploy autonomous trucks at scale on the Uber Freight network." - Uber

  • PayPal announced users will now be able to transfer cryptocurrency from their accounts to other wallets and exchanges. They also said it secured its full New York BitLicense. - The Verge

  • Shopify shareholders approved a 10:1 stock split. - Yahoo

  • Microsoft will start publicly disclosing salary ranges in job postings. - WSJ

  • Disney+ launched in 16 new markets across the Middle East and North Africa. - Tech Crunch

  • Twitter’s board reportedly said it plans to comply with Elon Musk’s demands for internal data by offering access to its full “firehose,” of more than “500 million tweets posted each day." - WAPO

  • SEC Commission Chair Gary Gensler proposed rule changes to transform how Wall Street handles retail stock trades. - CNBC

  • Google Maps announced it will now display air quality. - The Verge

  • Target declared a quarterly dividend of $1.08 per share up 20% from its previous quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share. - MarketBeat

  • Didi Global is officially delisted from the NYSE. - Nikkei

  • CPI for May came in at 8.6% (YoY) above expectations of 8.3%. - BLS

  • CPI for May came in at 1% (MoM) above expectations of 0.7%.

  • US Core CPI for May came in at 6% (YoY) above expectations of 5.9%.

Nio reported earnings before the market opened on Thursday posting numbers of:

  • EPS of -$0.79 beating expectations of -$1.03

  • Rev of $9.91B beating expectations of $9.86B

DocuSign reported earnings after the market closed on Thursday posting numbers of:

  • EPS of $0.38 missing expectations of $0.46

  • Rev of $588.7M beating expectations of $581.7M

DocuSign said next quarter it expects revenue between $600M-$604M compared to Wall ST estimates of $601.71M
